How safe are the chemicals you use?

The chemicals we use in our pest control programs are the safest that have ever been available.

I had my weeds sprayed a few days ago. They look sort of sick, but they aren't dead yet. Is something wrong?

Not necessarily. In general, a slow death for brush and weeds is desirable. As a rule of thumb, a slow death is a complete death, and a fast death is not a complete one.

Are chemicals used to kill hydrilla safe?

They have a short life after contacting the plants, and quickly degrade...

Is there any advantage to using "natural" pest control?

The answer I give is a qualified yes. If you feel more comfortable, by all means use them. Keep in mind that many of these controls can work well, but usually for a shorter time than the commercial products.

Are biological controls better than chemical controls?

This is a tricky question. I love the idea of biological controls, particularly if they are naturally occurring organisms.

Why are Spiders and Scorpions Coming into my home?

Spiders and scorpions will dine on several types of insects, but the one that they love, and will go out of their way to get, is crickets. You will usually find both where crickets live.

Do I have Moles, or Gophers?

Gophers remove the dirt from their tunnels, pushing it up with the skin around their necks...

Armadillos are digging up my yard! What can I do about them?

The short answer is get rid of the grubs! That is what they are after, the larvae of the June Bug.

What are the little worm looking things that get in my house in the fall?

Those are most likely millipedes. They have a lot of legs, and just miracoulously appear in your home in autumn.
